Can I cancel my order?
Yes. There are two types of order cancellations:
1. We can help you cancel your order before shipping.
2. Please note that we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive, you can keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Do not refuse to receive the delivery, as undelivered packages will be destroyed by third-party logistics. If the customer refuses to receive the delivery, we can only refund the cost of the goods. Shipping costs cannot be refunded because we have already paid for the shipping of the package. For example, if your order is $50 and the shipping cost is $15, we will refund you $50-15=35 after receiving the returned package.
Why didn't I receive an email that my order was shipped?
